If you are unable to turn on your Equil Smartpen by pressing the power buttons on your receiver and pen, try charging them.
To charge your Equil Smartpen:
1. Insert both the pen and receiver into the charging cradle.
2. Plug the charging cradle into a USB port on your computer using the included micro-USB charging cable (or use a compatible wall charger, if available).
3. The LED display will light up, which indicates that the battery is charging.
4. For a full battery charge, leave the pen and the receiver in the cradle for approximately two hours.
If the LED display does not illuminate after docking the pen and receiver in the cradle, see “My Equil Smartpen does not charge when I place it in the charging cradle.“
